They're both pretty stellar women.

There's nothing like springtime in Utah.
My brother Nick and I had a great visit with our grandma tonight and after, I took a couple pictures of the sunset over the lake.
Today I am grateful for my mother.
I am grateful for sunsets.
I am grateful for Utah in May.
And June, July, August, September, October and a little bit of November.
And winter's not bad either, though it feels a little long.
Mother's Day is an odd day for a woman with no children.
I appreciate the opportunity to remember--but I don't particularly like being remembered for something I've never done.
They were handing out geraniums to every woman at church and I managed to dodge receiving one.
Every woman is a mother. Eve was called the mother of all living before she ever had a child, but I specifically honor my friends and loved ones who spend their lives caring for children.
A note about love... I need to download some happy songs. Heart break is on the horizon again and I'm sick of my current angry girl ballads.
