The Really Great Part of Rehearsal When Things Finally Click

How did I get so lucky?

I really really love this time in rehearsal--when it's all clicking and everyone is just firing on all cylinders.

Tonight I am grateful for my cast and the crew who have helped to create this amazing production.

I sat on the side of the stage watching the other scenes and they make me giddy. These actors are absolutely incredible.

And they're all so nice. So kind and generous. I am so impressed by the talent, the work ethic, and the generosity of all the actors.

This is the director Willie and our stage manager, Jean.

This is Adan, Ana, and Mindy. They are fantastic because they can dance and sing--at the same time!! (I know this is how it works--but this dancing is pretty hardcore.)

You don't think a musical about pot would have such difficult music, but it does.
This is the incomparable JD--our music maestro
and the brilliant Marissa. I love her work. She was Emma Goldman in Assassins.
Big Sigh. Big Fan.

This is Stephanie--the amazing dance captain, Alan--the lecturer--(and the polish assassin in Assassins--my favorite murderer honestly), Natalia, our fabulous leading lady, and Justin--the multi-talented leading man.

How do I begin to describe how much I love these guys?

They're all three soooooo good. Soooo. Gooooood.

For those of you who are coming to see the show, you will love it.

I can unequivocally recommend this show to all of my friends--who enjoy edgy movies and theatre.

This is some quality stuff!!

I am so happy.

Thank you Gamyr for asking me to audition. You're super duper.

Reefer Madness plays at the Egyptian Theatre in Park City, April 19-28.
